Reliable poor service store

It's hard to believe that one still receive such bad poor *********** service providers in today's world. Placed an order paid and awaiting did a follow up and was informed via mail of the shipping date a week later after the initial time lapse indicated on website I enquired again to follow up on shipping nothing. Another week later I phoned and was on hold for 10min eventually I was told shipping is within the next week one month just for shipping although website states different when ordering service is pathetic.I will not recommend this store at all to anyone wanting to buy a parcel.
