RELIABLE ONLINE STORE - POOR!! POOR!! SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION!!

Has anyone already ordered something online and received it?

I ordered and paid for an item on 06 05 2020 - Order # 9050

I was notified by email that delivery can take between 7 - 16 days. This is understandable since we are in lock down. However, it is now a month later and there is no response to emails I sent.

The 1st contact no is not in service ***). The 2nd one is only a voice mail advising that they are not in fully operation due to Covid-19.

Up to now - No tracking number was received nor the item delivered.

I'm starting to wonder if they are legit or is it a ****??!!! Did I throw my money in the water??!!
