Reliable online store not living to it's name, it should be In reliable Store

It was on the 1st week of this year when I searched vinyl backdrops and the search engine gave me quite the number of results, but the one that caught my eyes was Reliable Store because of its reasonable pricing. I made some research and discovered it was an online store that source its goods from China, but have a reliable reputation or so I thought. Placed an order on the 6th of January and was confirmed with the order number. On the 15th of Jan I received an email promising my order was towards me, with the tracking number and clear status explanation. Upon tracking, the order was making reasonable movement, until the last stage, to the courier. The Buffalo international logistics tracking website clearly states that there are no deliveries on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, but the 1st delivery promise was on the Saturday, 25 Jan, obviously it wasn't delivered, I asked the following business day why was I scheduled for that day, no definite respond, but every day my parcel is scheduled for delivery on the Saturday, the note says "You can expect your parcel to be delivered this coming Saturday", no definite date, the last communication I received was from Puleng from Reliable Store
