Reliable (Online) Store is a ****!!!

Ordered a product and payment done before lockdown, the item received on 2020-05-28 was not what was ordered. Informed them via email to cancel my order and refund my payment. After various emails my refund is still outstanding. Numbers supp**** for the business are NOT correct!!! Potential buyers be vary careful!!!
