Reliable Online Store False Advertising and dishonesty

To whom it may concern: In early May 2020 (during lock down) I purchased the sets of Resistance Bands (take note of the plural, multiple "Bands") from the Reliable online store.

The online item / cart system is well setup and the purchase went through without a glitch and the payment was made. Shortly after the purchase was confirmed, I received e-mail communication confirming my purchase and that the order would take anything from 7 ~ 14 working days for delivery.

This was the first instance that I was made aware of the prolonged time line and I forwarded the confirmation of order to the support e-mail address provided on the website. This was fruitless as it seems to be a bot answering with times lines and no solutions in site.

Here is the link to the item that I had purchased. The webpage is misleading and the product is falsely advertised.

On the webpage, the product is being promoted as:

"2m Natural Latex Resistance Loop Exercise Bands Fitness Strength Training Workout"

This to me indicates that there are multiple bangs,not just a singular band. Also there is no means to select what type of band being purchased which further supports my case.

Upon receipt of the parcel, nearing onto 27 days, to my disappointment there was only 1 band supp****.

I have tried to call the numbers provided (by Google) not from the site as the site has no contact numbers only e-mail address. The line just rings and there is no answer, surely a front.

This company should be closed down for dishonesty and theft. Can not believe they have been allowed to continue trading.

Also going to report the care to the NCR in an attempt to stop them from tricking further good people into buying the bogus products and lies.

If someone has the contact details of the owner or management please do share.
