Reliable online store

I would suggest that no one ever buy from this company. their prices maybe cheap but the trouble to just get a tracking number or your goods is ridiculous.

I placed an order on 10 June 2020(SA WENT INTO LEVEL 3 LOCKDOWN). Got an email the next day stating i will receive an email shortly with a tracking number. Waited a week and no tracking number came. Called the number they have on their website only to hear a recording that the call center was closed due to SA GOVT level 4 lockdown. Note that as of 1st June 2020 we went into level 3.

Anyway sent them an email stating that we longer on level4 but rather level 3 and gave them until 26 JUNE 2020 to send me tracking number or i was going to open a case of ***** against the company as well as the Directors of the company.

On 27 June 2020 i got an email with tracking number and they also told me on mail that my order was on its way and the ETA is 30 June2020.

Now here is something i find funny. when i check the tracking number it says the following that the order was confirmed on 26 June 2020. so this means that these guys only placed my order after i had sent them mail giving them a deadline to reply.

June 30th 2020 has come and gone and as of the 1st July 2020 checking against my tracking number the goods are on an international travel as of the 29 June 2020.

still no good received and now i wonder if i am going to get the correct order.

I wonder with all the companies that they are so called verified with know how they operate.
