Reliable Online Store - do not order anything from them

I ordered an Insect Hotel on 27/1/2024. After enquiring where my order was in early February, I was told to wait 10 - 20 working days for the order to be delivered. As of 1/03/2024, I have no reply on mails sent enquiring about the status of my order and after holding on for over 40 mins waiting for Customer Service ( with no reply), I have requested a refund. This company is a **** and I doubt that any orders have ever been processed. Do not order anything from them, they will take your money without an ounce of guilt and you’ll end up with nothing but aggravation.
