Reliable Online Store Bad to no service at all

I ask on Facebook for a Waybill no to track my Parcel for Order #39349 My Order was placed and paid on 08 March 2022 and still nothing. Phone service not reliable or not working because I wait 30min's and longer and no 1 answers or pickup to help. I email my request to *** 2 or 3 times and the 24 to 48hrs has past and still no 1 come back to me and I am still waiting. I am desperate now because I see on Facebook I am not the only 1 that have this problem...? I also send a Private Facebook Massage, and maybe I will get a response from them. I don't like to be ignored because I paid for something and they don't send it or response to my massages. Maybe they must change there name to NOT Reliable Online Store? If I am not get any response or answers before Monday Morning 14 March 2022 I will go to the Police and open a ***** case against them.
