RELIABLE ONLINE STORE ARE NOT RELIABLE AT ALL!!

Placed my order in January 2022. After Numerous E-mails and telephone calls the matter has still not be resolved. I asked for a refund on 13 May 2022 and to date no refund has been processed. Tried calling again today 14 July 2022 and after holding for almost 15 minutes I get told by Wendell that they are looking into the matter, then nicely cuts the call!!!!! Totally unprofessional!!!!

Tried calling back but no answer.
