Reliable online store!!

I placed an order on the 10th June 2020 and still haven't received my delivery.I have been trying to get hold of them since last the 19th and I am not able to get hold of them via email, there phone line is on a message system that is of no help and they not replying on their FB page. Can anyone advise me how to get hold of them? i cannot afford to loose the money I have paid them!
