My wife ordered a birthday gift for me on Reliable in August of last year. It is now the end of March and no luck in getting feedback from them. If you are calling their customer line the average wait is 45 minutes. The call is disconnected around 10 minutes before someone should be answering. No amount of emailing or trying their customer line has helped. Don't use this unreliable site.
