Reliable not so much

At first glance this business looks real legit. Office in Konstantia, tel number, email. The whole works. So I ordered 16mm fittings for my aquarium. Then silence. zero communication. Then it was customs payments messages, After writing many emails, trying to call. No reply. Then the package came. Months late. Wrong order. Their reply. "Sorry for the wrong order. Enjoy your life."

I will not make use of this service again.
