Reliable (not reliable store)

Ever since my last review still no fix. On 5th December 2023 i bought a usb 3 extrender for my pc for R427.99 Order #70715 i asked for a refund since the unit i go was not as advertised they told me to package it for return it's now 16 April 2024 still no pickup they don't answer their emails if you can them you are always caller 25 waiting to speak to a representative estimate waiting is 38 min when you get to nr 1 the phone goes dead and you have to start over the 2 times they did phone me back they told me to package it for return and nothing happens
