Reliable not reliable. Still waiting on refund

I dont even want toe give them any stars. This is the worst company ever to buy from. Still waing for refund on order 24816 after 4 months on item that was incorrect 2 times. Dont answer the emails nor there telephone line. Can someone please assist us to shut this cimpany down!!! Why must we as customers lose our hard earned money for nothing? It is scarey to think that a company can still doing sales with so much bad reviews and nobody is able to shut them down. All I want is a refund . Please help us as customers!!!
