Placed an order and paid via pay fast. No acknowledgement of order or tracking info from the company. Nothing arrived in 1 month. When phoning the Reliable help line *** you get 'hold time 25 minutes. Thank you for your patience'. This is followed 5 minutes later by 'estimated hold time 30 minutes'.
