Reliable in *****ing your money

Ordered a kids gift 6 March, received order #39263 and that’s it. 30 business days I cancelled for a full refund, they promised it will take 5-7 business days. More than a month later and nothing. If you phone them you have to wait over 30 minutes for them to answer, when they hear refund they disconnect the call. This company *****s while bragging about being reliable. They need to be shut down!!!!!!
