Relable E Commerce Store is a ****

I ordered a wireless doorbell wiith a 300 m range. It took 3 weeks to arrive and also after 2 promised mssed dates of delivery the parcel was finally ddelivered today. When I opened it I saw it was missing the sender button and iit only had the chime receiver in it. It was also a completeley different product to what I ordered, it was a chime with only 150 range m range not 300 as ordered. It was also was missing the sender button. The call centre number is a joke, it just keeps saying due to high call numbers they are busy, I waited for over 15 minutes 4 times wiithout getting through. I have sent 3 emails and 4 postings on Facebook without a reply. These people are a **** and will report them to the public protectors office.
