Refund
I got an email last week about my money being refunded . No reason was given. I have sent an email every day since then and no one has answered . I have not received my refund and now my husband will not have a gift on his birthday because of your poor service.

25 May 2020, 14:42Hi Robyn, you received an email from us requesting Payfast to reverse the transaction. Unfortunately, we can't control Payfast as it is a separate financial institution. We will follow up with Payfast to find out status of the refund. Apologies.
