Received order, but not impressed

Gave a 2-star rating because I did receive my product, however, I ordered on the 4th of December 2023 and received my violin on the 19th of Feb 2024. They should mention on their store that they ship from China, the delivery time when you place your order is misleading.

I also ordered a red violin and received a blue one. The quality is as expected when ordering something from China. Everything seems to be working so far so not a total waste of money.

I did however request to cancel my order and get a refund, but this request was ignored. They do not reply to emails and you never get anyone on the phone. Overall, not a good experience. I will not order from them again.
