receivd wrong cheaper product (third review)

I did buy Huion Inspiroy H1060P Graphics Drawing Tablet buy 2.5 moths later I received a lower category and cheaper Product. I was indicated I will receive the correct product in 7 Business days. But still the product has not been received, numerois mail has been sent but the company does not want to provide any feedback.
