Reasonably good service

I recently used Reliable Store to order a total of 6 different items. They were all dispatched from China and took approximately 5 weeks to arrive, more or less as expected. I found the tracking and updates on the order progress were good. The items were delivered in two packages on different days, The tracking update emails had mistakenly swapped an item in each package - this was not a problem but I emailed the support line before the second package had arrived just in case it was a genuine issue, and they responded quickly with help. So all in all my opinion is that this is a good service, bearing in mind that importing items (which as far as I know is the case with all of their products) is prone to potential problems in customs and transportation.
