REALLY FRUSTRATED!!!

I've ordered a kitchen sink tap from reliable store from June.I haven't received the product.when I call I'm placed on hold.I have emailed them(reliable) they always tell me my tap it's at warehouse for packaging until now 28/9/23 I haven't received anything, lot's and lots of promises.
