Promises not kept

Bought something from the online store, was told it will be delivered by 15 Dec 2022. This was a Christmas gift for someone. Well, it is Christmas and I'm still waiting for the parcel. Will not recommend them. I tried calling them, but no one answers. They used Buffalo logistics to deliver the stuff, but buffalo also does not answer the phone or WhatsApp messages.
