Proceed with caution

I am joining a large number of people who either believe this is a **** or just incredibly bad service. I ordered a product in 23 Dec and still awaiting a tracking number. None if the telephone numbers are answered. Personally, I would warn off any potential customers. If I eventually get my product, I will be pleasantly surprised by this stage.
