Poor Service level agreement charging for stock they do not have and not wanting to reimburse back the money paid to them

on the 21 December 2023 I ordered on line 2 Layers SUV Car Cover Waterproof All Weather, Outdoor Car Covers for Automobiles with Zipper Door, Hail UV Snow Wind Protection, Universal Full Car Cover order #71546 at reliable store.

I waited and waited with no order received but paid in full. Eelier in January I was told that they had a problem with the supplier and I was requested to be patient it will be a 7 working day delivery after 7 days no delivery was received and I asked them why do to you charge us for something that you do not have in stock because your webpage should indicate when the product is not on stock and I requested to be reimbursed back my money. They requested that I send them the banking details with the letter from the bank and it will take 10 to 14 days to receive the money in my account Sello Ranthako who is the sales manager keeps on making promises he cannot keep and as a person who has paid in full for the product I strongly believe I have been treated unfairly.

At this point I was my money back as this now is no longer going to serve the purpose for me anymore.

They have not met their service level agreement that they implemented.
