Poor service and unreliable online company

I ordered a car cover at reliable store on the 22nd of February. Made numerous follow ups. Empty promises were made until today. I now keep getting messages to pay for a package via a courier company that I had asked them to confirm if it has my expected package or not. I haven't received any response from them to date!!! They are not available on the phone! I strongly believe that this is a ****!!!
