Poor service and nothing is reliable about Reliable Store

How ironically because the store is called Reliable Store and nothing about them is reliable. I made my 1st online purchase with the (order no. 24092) over two weeks ago all I have to date is an order no. meaning my order hasn't even been dispatch I have no tracking number. 2ndly I call their support number two things happens i waited over 45min with no one picking up. Okay forgiven they are flooded by calls, I call as early as 09h00, response after getting transferred by automated system is 'No one is available on that extension, I must leave a message' huh! Okay logged a ticket (ticket no. AJLPJ9) two days ago, until today nothing. It was my 1st time and probably the last time if i will even receive my goods. Poor service!!!
