Poor Service and No response or Parcel

I ordered Winter Thermal Gloves for my son on 18 June 2020. I've been trying to follow up via telephone and email without any person being on the other side and no reply. You phone the telephone number and you get a level 4 lockdown message box. I send mail upon mail and no single reply or feedback. Last week I got in my car and wasted my time to drive to their premises. It was such a mess with one person in the office. I was told that my parcel will take 14 days to be delivered. I'm in JHB, They are in JHB but still 14 days. Today it is 15 working days and still no reply, no feedback, no person on the other side of the phone or email and no parcel but they were very quick to take my money.
