POOR SERVICE

I have ordered 2 brushes from the on the 27 Augustus 2022. On the adverti*****t said within 2 - 3 week. Which I was fine with. However when I phoned nobody answered the phone. I emailed on the 6 September 2022 asking about the ETA (Ticket number I43NIB). Received a mail back stating that the product should arrive on the 19 September 2022. Should there be any delay they would communicate with me.

Getting a tracking number BUFZA***YQ my product is on the way on the 12 September 2022. So I waited and check the tracking number. The product was at customes from 25 September untill the 4 October 2022 when it was released only (I assume that taxes was paid then only)

I send another email again on the 1 October 2022 asking about my parcel. As of yet no reply from them.

I buy alot of products from SHEIN and they arrived with in 3 week. So I don't understand what the hold up is. I just want my product or my money back, because this is unacceptable waiting so long for your product after they stated with would be delivered on the 19 September. This is a month later

POOR SERVICE HONESTLY.

Please don't buy from them, you will wait forever
