Poor customer service. Dont buy!

I ordered items on 11 january and today is 23 february. I am still waiting for the items. They claim delivery is between 7 to 14 working days but this has been over a month now. No one answers their phone. They cant even allow me to cancel the order. This is the worst online purchase ever! Never buy here again.
