Poor Customer Service

I ordered an Item from them online which is suppose to take 2 weeks if not in stock. When I finally got hold of them holding the line for almost an hour, the consultant said they still don't have tracking info on my parcel. Once they have there money in their bank account it is the customers problem if and when they get the item they ordered. I will strongly advice anyone not to buy anything online from reliable stores.
