poor communication and very long delivery time if at all

I ordered and paid for an "available product" on their online website. 1 and half months later Im still waiting. I sent an email and was told on the 17March they are receiving the goods within the next week and would stay in contact with me. Still no sign of the goods and haven't heard a peep from them after sending multiple emails. Maybe they should change their name to Unreliable Store
