Rating is really zero, I have never in my 50 years experience, ever dealt with a more useless company. I have paid the same day and now 15th February 2024 today is the 19th February 2024 I was able to make contact with them. I have been holding on for 55 minutes and was caller no 1 for 20 of the 55 minutes. I am absolutely livid with the service from this company
