Pathetical service, stay away

Unfortunately, my experience with Reliable store was not so great. Their service is pathetic/shocking, to say the least. I ordered a cable for my laptop from them, They don't send estimated arrival dates, so you have to be very patient. Long story short, after a wait of about 4 weeks an incorrect cable arrived. I struggle to get hold of them but eventually, another cable was ordered and delivered (3 weeks this time). Unfortunately still incorrect and now they just don't reply to my e-mails and trying to call them doesn't work. So stay away if you value your sanity.
