Pathetic service with no Refund since October 2021

I will never recommend anyone purchasing anything from reliable online store. I purchased some lamp shades in October 2021 and they were out of stock and to date I am still awaiting a refund after numerous calls and emails and promises still no payment. Guys please it may seem like a good idea to save a buck or 2 but in the end it’s just better to get it from our local Coricraft or Cielo. I will be taking this complaint further with the ombudsman for assistance. Stay away from this group.
