Pathetic service, with no delivery

My order number is #9654 I ordered something from the reliable store and on the tracking number it shows received.. Well I am still waiting for my package. Tried phoning them, no answer, I tried emailing, no response. What a way to run a business. If you cannot deliver my package, refund my money. You guys are really pathetic, unreliable, and should not consider yourselves on any form of business. If only I knew how weak this company is, I'd never order anything from them. This company does not even deserve a star when doing a review, that's how pathetic you are.
