Pathetic service with no communication and substandard products

I ordered a Galaxy note 20 stylus at the beginning of April. More than a month and a week after numerous phone calls holding on for 30 minutes with no reply and more than 10 emails asking where my product is, they sent me a piece of plastic junk for a note 10 phone. After again emails to collect the pen and to refund my money, nothing has happened yet. Bad service... actually NO service they are definatly useless in business.
