Pathetic service delivery from Reliable Online Store

I purchased a graphic pad for my son on the 28th of December 2021. According to the website, one should get a tracking number within 14 days. Up to now, I haven't received the tracking number, and each time I follow up, I am slapped with the delivery terms link which says the 14 days are not a guarantee.

If there is no guarantee to the delivery time which means the business does will not take responsibility for anything. How does a business operate and take no responsibility in terms of its deliverables?

If I had read the reviews prior to ordering, I would have never ordered there. Pathetic service at its best, not to mention phone calls that never get answered.
