Pathetic service and products - Do not purchase from this store

Do not buy from this store, I purchased a 25cm tap which was quite urgent, it got delivered in 2 weeks (which I was fine with as it stated dates on the order) I was patient with the delivery and then when it arrived it was the wrong item! They sent me a 15cm tap which I could not use! I contacted them everyday that week for a refund, a month went by and I contacted them again, then another month went by and there was no help whatsoever, it's now 5 months and there's no feedback, the service is absolutely pathetic, Im now sitting with a R600 plastic tap which was supposed to be metal and it's of no use to me. Very unreliable so they should be changing their name! Don't waste your time and money on this store.
