Pathetic service

April will be 2 years ago that I ordered door switches for a car. The incorrect switches arrived. After over a year of they are still getting the correct switches, I asked for my money back. Then Reliable Store wanted the incorrect ones back before I could be reimbursed, which eventually they did collect. But now I am without switches and Reliable Store is holding my money. No reimbur*****t, no reply to my emails, when you call there is always a long waiting time as the auto reply explains. Absolutely pathetic service
