Pathetic service

If I could give these guys a negative rating I would … Disgusting service ,misleading confirmations of your order on its way … their customer service agent & consultants need to go for training on communication & answering customers questions for a start … 51days later & counting still waiting for my order Asking for a refund & they say it could take another 17 days to action … enough said about them Stay far away from this online company , even consider Ubuy rather than order anything from ( unreliable store ) There owner ( Mr Singh ) needs to look into his operation Rebrand them , they on their way down Pathetic to say the least
