PATHETIC PATHETIC TOTALLY UNRELIABLE !!

Absolutely Pathetic,

Once payment was made I got an email that said they recieved my money, Delivery was going to be 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I got an email giving me a Tracking number. I tracked every day and according to the Tracking information the parcel was delivered which is a lie. I have phoned Reliable Store numerous times left messages and only once did I speak to a person who was of No assistance. I sent a fresh email to which I got an automated response that they will respond within 24 to 48 hours. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE ! You will get 50 years older due to the frustrations and the knowledge that you could have bought a similar item from a normal walk in walk out with your purchase Store. Next stop is SAPS for ***** case.
