Pathetic on line shopping experience

The name of this outfit is a farce! I ordered and paid for an article on line from this business on 12th June. On 28th June I am still waiting for it to be delivered. Reliable use Skynet Express couriers for their deliveries. In spite of providing my cell number so that the couriers could confirm that there would be someone at our premises to accept delivery PRIOR to trying to do so they rock up here without calling ahead when there was no one to receive the parcel. The driver called me and he said he would call me back to confirm a time. He didn't, I had to call him. He says he will deliver the next day but doesn't. Next day he doesn't answer his phone and getting through to Reliable On Line Store or Skynet Couriers takes some 8 attempts without success (wrong numbers listed on their webs sites, no one answering incoming calls etc). Finally get through to Reliable 4 minutes after initiating the call who tell me after a long delay that the parcel will be delivered the next day 29th June FIVE DAYS AFTER IT ARRIVED AT THE COURIER'S DEPOT NEAR ME IN CAPE TOWN! If this is typical of how purchasing anything on line in this country is concerned I would suggest that there is still hope for the survival of the traditional, walk in high street retail store of old. I will NEVER go near the likes of (Un)Reliable On Line Store again. They and their couriers haven't got a clue.
