Pathetic Non-Reliable store

Worst service EVER. Ordered goods on 26 Sept. Kept telling me they'll follow up and delivery is approx 7 - 15 business days. After 25 minutes of holding I was told they don't gave stock I'll get a refund. Reliable? I think not
