Pathetic customer service & Nonsense logisitics!

I have a problem with this store. I bought items from them, sure enough the wrong items were delivered. Returned the wrong items and to this day I have had no communication regarding receiving the correct order. Attempted calling their call center but calls are either hung up on purpose or I am made to deliberately hold for more than 10mins at a time! At this rate, I have basically been ****med of my hard earned money. I am not interested in receiving the items I ordered, I just want a full refund!
