Parcel received

In December 2023 I wrote a poor review for Reliable Store concerning a RC Helicopter purchased online, due to not receiving the item within the 10 - 20 working days as advertised. The package was delivered last week by Buffalo Logistics, all in perfect working order. I do realise that the ports in SA are currently in a chaotic state, but if "Reliable Store" kept their customers up to date on the status of the items, I am sure they would have much happier clientel and probably would even be able to retain these clientel for future online purchases. Please communicate with your clientel concerning issues regarding logistics of their parcels, it will add alot of value to your business.
