Orders from Reliable Stores

I have placed an order but when it was discovered that the goods would not be delivered on time the order was cancelled on 16 May 2023 I am still awaiting my refund. It takes ages for an agent to answer a telephone call and no emails are responded to. This company should change its name to Unreliable store.
