Order. Reliable Store

This online purchase store is totally Unreliable. I have had 2 experiences recently. My original purchase was in 2021 electronics. Ordered and paid and delivery promised within 3 weeks. After 3 months still not received. Had to make numerous calls and finally got item. On 7 July 2022 I had the misfortune to place an order for a blue tooth receiver. Again delivery promised for 16 August 2022. Item not received, by 6 September so I called in. Supposed to check and get back to me. I had to call again only to be told that item I ordered was not in stock. No call from them ever to inform me of no stock. I promptly requested a refund but to date 17 September, no refund received. I called in again and spoke to an agent who promised to look into matter. She did email to say that she is following matter with accounts department. Overall very bad shopping experience with this Un Reliable store.
