Order Not Received - Tracking number incorrect

Hi there, placed an order on June 15. Still have not received my order. I have sent countless emails and I tried on multiple occasions to call you guys to no avail. Received a tracking number via email on Monday and said that ETA would be 30 June Tuesday. No package arrived. I then contacted the courier who then informed me that the package is only due to leave China in a few days and that the courier number I provided was incorrect as I am not listed as the recipient of the parcel.

This was the courier(Buffalo Logistics) response:

"Dear Ebrahim Sonday The parcel was ship by air. But the recipient name of the package is not you. You need to confirm the correct tracking number with your supplier. Thank you"

Can you please respond and tell me what's happening with my order? Is the order on its way and when can I expect delivery?
