Order not received - placed order on 4th of September 2023

I have put a review on the 2nd of October after placing an order on the 4th of September and still did not receive my order. Reliable store rep**** on my review the following: Reliable Store's reply: 04 Oct 2023, 10:52

Until today I still have not received the parcel. This is again 5 days later. No getting a message I should receive it by the 18th of October.

This is not acceptable.
